What's Your End Game?

Anyone else hearing Taylor Swift's 'End Game' in their head with that title..? No, just me... ok! Down to business. 

If you’re anything like me, you spend your days building, growing, and scaling your business. But have you ever asked yourself what your business will look like when it’s ‘done’?

In a perfect world, how many clients would you have?

What kind of services do you provide?

How many employees do you have?

How much money are you making?

What kind of lifestyle do you have?

If you haven’t done this exercise yet, take a moment to do so. As Steven Covey said in '7 Habits of Highly Effective People',  "begin with the end in mind". If you know what you are trying to build it creates a great filter for any new products, ideas, hires, etc.

You’ll become more focused on building the business you actually want versus being distracted by what others in the space are doing.

They have a different endgame.

For example, if you know that you want to build an 8 figure business within 10 years that exists purely on passive income that requires zero work from you on a day to day basis, your strategy is going to look VERY different from someone who is looking to make a consistent 6-figures and have an office full of employees that they want to be there for everyday.

One is not better than the other, but it does require different actions and creates a different lifestyle.

One of the biggest concerns and complaints I hear from my clients is that they are overwhelmed by everything that needs to get done in their business.

By clarifying where you want your business to go, you can eliminate so many paths that will distract you from what you are trying to achieve.

I know that this can bring up so many questions

How will I get there?!

Do I really have what it takes?!

But - I don't even know what my business is going to be?!

Guess what ... you don't need to know the answers right now.

Really. I promise.

If you focus on the bigger vision, take all the opportunities that come your way that fit and really deliver, you’ll make it happen.
