What is Human Design?

As a coach, understanding my clients through their Human Design has been game-changing for me. I truly believe that the more we know about ourselves, the more aligned our businesses and lives will be.

I have been studying this system through the International Human Design School (IHDS) for years. There are over two billion configurations of human design, but at the very highest level, there are five types. 

The five types in Human Design are Generators, Manifestors, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors. Each type has a unique way of being in the world and no one type is better than another. When we live in our design, we feel the most at peace, successful, satisfied, and delighted and like our most authentic selves.

• Generators: You are here to be lit up by DOING the things you LOVE waking up every day with a full tank of gas and going to bed satisfied and delightfully exhausted.
• Manifestors: You are here to initiate, start things and let others run them. Your energy works in cycles of urges and rest, you're not meant to be on all the time. 
• Manifesting Generators: You are here to blaze a trail and do the projects that light you up. You're muti-passionate and efficient, meant to be interested in loads of different things.
• Projectors: You are the natural guides that are here to lead, not do. You see others clearly, take in their energy, and amplify it, and with recognition and invitation, you can lead and guide.
• Reflectors: You are here to be a reflection of the world around you. You help reflect people back to themselves shining light on what we can not see.
