Day 1 of Schedule Your Sales

Today's challenge is to get absolutely 100% clear on what YOU are trying to accomplish in your business.

There are so many people who want to fast-forward to their entrepreneurship happy ending.

They want to snap their fingers to achieve the end results: the speaking gigs, the best-seller, the six figure launch or the seat on the panel.

And that’s all well and good…

But they focus too much on working and not as much on the impact that work is having.

They focus on how many posts they can put up and the "likes" they got… instead of looking at how engaged their audience is and how likely they are to buy.

They stress over what to post on social media … instead of educating their existing audience on the thing that they can really serve with.

And they're frustrated.

Lacking in ideal clients.

Feeling like they're having to act like someone else.

And forgetting why they even started this business in the first place.


I've been there.

We all have.


And if we're honest, we get so caught up in what we think we’re supposed to do— that we forget we can always start or re-start where we are at.


To move forward, we need to have a clear assessment of where we are and where we want to go.


So the question I'm posing to you today is this...

What does a wildly successful business mean to you?

I know. Seems simple on the surface… but I really want you to think about it for YOU, not with how you think you SHOULD answer. Does it mean a membership with 100 members and monthly masterclasses? A sold out retreat? Three clients a month at your signature package price? $100,000 in sales per year?


Think back on the goals in January that you set for your business this year. How would having a sales system help you achieve them? What kind of impact would it have on the growth of your business? Are your actions now in line with working towards that goal?



Prompt #1 - Share in the Facebook group Determine the one goal you have in regards to either impact (meaning students or clients purchasing your services) or income for the following time periods:

  • 1 Year From Now
  • December 31st 2019
  • 90 Days from Now (Mid- August)
  • 6 Weeks from Now (July 1st)

Prompt #2 - Share in the Facebook Group Determine which offer you’re going to focus on to get you to those goals listed above.

Remember, we both know that you can help a LOT of people do a LOT of things, but when we narrow in our focus we can create a sales system that speaks to a specific audience about ONE problem they have and our ONE solution for that problem that solution is the offer that sells.


If you’re not sure which offer to focus on and you have a long list of options I encourage you to write them all out and ask yourself which one you would focus on if no matter what, they were ALL wildly successful.


BONUS Prompt #3 - Share a 20-second VIDEO in the Facebook group of who you are, what you do and who you serve. E.g. "I help ___ to be / do / have / achieve ___. And I do this by ___."

Remember, this should take you all of 10 minutes.

You don't have to have the solution on how you're going to make this happen just yet. But it's important to own the areas that you want to develop, grow or transform. And of course, I'll be there in the group to brainstorm ways of doing it with you too!

There’s absolutely no wrong answer or judgment here. But for me to help you get clarity on how to help you get more sales this week, I need you to be 100% honest :).
