In order to understand what the heck deconditioning is I think that it is super helpful to understand what conditioning is.⁠

Conditioning is when we have outside pressures that take us away from who we are and our purpose for being.⁠

They are the habits that we’ve picked up that take us away from who we are here to be.⁠

They are the things we do because we think we should in our businesses and in our lives.⁠

They are the patterns, beliefs, and limiting decisions that aren’t meant for us.⁠

When you are free from conditioning, it is easier for you to step into your ‘self theme’⁠ and into alignment.⁠

For projectors that’s success.⁠

For manifestors that’s peace.⁠

For reflectors that’s surprise and delight.⁠

For generators and manifesting generators that’s satisfaction.⁠

Human Design wisdom says that it takes 7 years to decondition on a cellular level.⁠ To step out of the patterns for good.

But what if believing that it takes seven years to decondition is a self fulfilling prophecy?⁠

What if we could decondition at the subconscious level quickly, easily, and effortlessly?⁠

By eliminating beliefs and limiting decisions that do not serve who we are here to be, it opens us up to more possibility, more opportunity and a more aligned path forward.⁠

I've been focusing on leveraging subconscious transformation to decondition beliefs and identities that show up in our open or undefined centers.

Your human design chart is a map to where your conditioning may be playing a role. ⁠When we are using only the conscious mind to decondition the process is all about awareness.

Noticing the patterns and behaviors that keep us small when they pop up in our language or actions.⁠

Acknowledging it.⁠

Making a conscious choice to shift or reframe them in the moment.⁠

Repeat.⁠

When using the subconscious mind you get to the root of the belief that is causing the patterns and behaviors and you can shift the very belief that is causing the behavior.⁠
