As you might know, I have created a business around my life — and that’s something that I’d highly encourage for you to do, too. For me, running a business is about providing the BEST support to my clients — and showing them that it’s really possible to work like a projector, being efficient and not available all the time. This means that I have a few really simple rules that I have around my working hours — and the kind of experience that you can expect when working with me.
1. Voxer hours and response times
The hours I'm available on Voxer are Monday - Friday; 11:00am -3:00pm PT
I aim to respond to Voxer messages within 24 business hours. I’m usually really accessible — but as a guideline, 24 hours is when you’ll receive a response.
2. What you get from the Projector Playground
- 3 90 minute calls per month
- One 60 minute 1:1 session with me to go over your unique human design chart and to solidify your goals, must-haves and expectations
- Recordings of Projector Playground Sessions
- 6-month access to the projector playground portal and the accompanying Projector course.
- What you do NOT get from Projector Playground
- Please do not message Lauren outside of the Projector Playground Voxer. You can always purchase additional 1:1 sessions if you are desiring more support.
- FB Ad Assistance
- Phone calls or meetings outside our scheduled times
- Lauren’s technical assistance with your platforms.

I'll be giving you my opinions and strategic advice on how to move your business forward with more flow and ease. While it may not necessarily be what you want to hear, you're paying me to advise you with my expertise to help you grow your business.
So I expect that you'll be open to feedback from me. We are here to work through your materials together for your benefit.
- Act with integrity
Honesty and integrity are two of my core business values. I believe in taking ownership and responsibility for my actions, finding clear solutions to problems without blaming others and handling myself professionally at all times. And I expect the same from my clients.
Anyone who does not follow these guidelines risks having their contract terminated without a refund.
- Safe space
Anything you send or speak with me about before, during and after our 1:1 work together will not be shared. It's important to me that my clients feel like they can trust me with their materials, their stories and their business strategies. So anything you share with me during our collaboration will be confidential.
- Ask for support
There are NO stupid questions — and if I don’t know that you need assistance, I’m not able to provide it! Be proactive, ask for support when you need both during the call and in our shared documents.
